This website collects as little as it can while still knowing whether it works, and while sending the newsletter to people who asked for it.

What we do not do

We do not set cookies. There are no accounts, no logins and no comments. We do not sell or share data about you.

Saved articles

If you tap Save, or come back to an article, that list is stored in your browser on this device (local storage). It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it. There is no account. Saved articles live at/blog/saved/.

Newsletter

If you type an email address into the subscribe form, we store it in our own Listmonk mailing list so we can send you the studio newsletter. We send a confirmation email first; nothing goes out until you confirm. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To ask us to remove your address another way, use any of the channels listed here.

What is measured

The pages themselves load no analytics. We do not count page views in the browser, and we do not use a third party to measure how quickly pages load.

What your browser fetches elsewhere

Typefaces are hosted on this site. The subscribe form posts to cpluz.com; your address is then stored on our Listmonk server, not with a third-party newsletter company.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period, for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to identify individuals.

Links out

Articles sometimes link to other sites. Once you follow one, that site’s own policy applies, not ours.

Asking us about your data

If you have contacted us directly by phone, WhatsApp or social media, that conversation sits with us and with that platform. Newsletter addresses sit in our Listmonk list until you unsubscribe. To ask what we hold or to have it removed, get in touch on any of the channels listed here.
